It is indeed a wonderful job. It doesn't pay to well but I get to eat some of the best barbecue for free. And lots of it to boot. Next contest is March 9th in Statesboro, GA. I can just hear the Allman Brothers singin' the Statesboro Blues right now. I'm looking for a smoker big enough to do a whole hog. When I get it, we'll put on a "pig picking" over on the Sandy Creek side of the lake!!!!
