In an incredible example of chutzpah Biden is saying victory in Iraq will be the greatest accomplishment of their administration. Everything that happens in Iraq is a result of Bush's actions such as the surge. And this from a guy that predicted failure and did everything he could to oppose Bush's policies on Iraq when he was in the Senate.

Absolutely amazing even for a politician. He is mentally unhinged.....or a complete imbecile....or both.....
