First in New York and now in Illinois they have failed to mail ballots in the time specified in the law and overseas military personnel will not have their votes counted. The fact that they vote for the GOP by a margin of 3:1 and the Senate race in Illinois is a toss up means that the GOP could lose because all the votes were not counted. Chicago gangland politics as usual.
