See below my attempt to help a senile senior citizen with his mixing up Libya and Syria.....three times.  Ya see, Syria is actually in the Middle East and Libya is in northern Africa.  But hey, what's a little geography confusion from a guy that doesn't recall what he had for breakfast.  You know it's bad when Boris has to correct you multiple times.  Thank goodness Nancy wants someone else to have the nuclear codes.
