Yeah. I saw the video as well and that soy boy metroesexual weenie store employee couldn't hurt anyone.  You should note that Rudy doesn't write the headlines.....stupid newspapers and websites looking for clicks do.  But calliing that being "attacked" is pretty silly.  The guy may have technically slapped him on the back while saying something crude but he clearly wasn't trying to injure him.  Rudy definitely reacted pretty quickly so it was obviously more than a friendly pat on the back.  And technically it was assault but if it had been me I would have laughed it off.   It was a stupid kid who had been indoctrinated in his govt school making a bad decision......if I were Rudy I would ask them to drop the charges.
