Subject:   Another large refinery fire

We do a lot of refinery work and these fires are fairly common.  It's a crazy dangerous business when every tank and pipeline is filled with flammable liquids and there is constant construction and repairs going on....especially with the older refiernies like this one.  Also, security at these places is crazy tough so I doubt an arsonist can get in......at least not very easily.  Could be a bad actor but more likely an accident.  It will be thoroughly investigated and we will see.
