If you are a one issue voter then why even debate with people? And besides, what is the view of McCain on Iraq that you object to? His view is that we should win. Do you want the U.S. to lose in Iraq? Because we would have lost if Obama had been President and his judgment on issues like the surge were dead wrong.

If you objected to our going in there in the first place fair enough. But McCain was not leading that charge but once we were in I think he has shown the character and judgment to want to win. Obama has shown a willingness to prematurely withdraw which would have resulted in the mass murder of Iraqi civilians and the likely invasion by Iran, was wrong in his opinion about Petreaus' view of the effectiveness of the surge and has consistently bashed the U.S. while traveling abroad.

You may like that but God help this country the day we have a majority of Americans that wants us to lose a war, regardless of whether you supported it in the first place. I am looking forward to the day when we can exercise once and for all the damage done by the Me generation of the 60's. It was a grand experiment that failed miserably. Unfortunately we are still suffering the psychological effects.
