You gotta love this quote from a report suppressed by EPA but forced by Republicans in Congress to see the light of day. Mostly ignored by the government media.

"Fossil fuel and cement emissions increased by 3.3 percent per year during 2000-2006, compared to 1.3 percent per year in the 1990s. Similarly, atmospheric C02 concentrations increased by 1.93 parts per million per year during 2000-2006, compared to 1.58 ppm in the 1990s. And yet, despite accelerating emission rates and concentrations, there’s been no net warming in the 21st century, and more accurately, a decline."

While countries like New Zealand that had their own cap and trade program have abandoned it because it was ruining their economy, Australia is getting ready to trash and several European countries are rethinking the whole thing the Obama administration and Congress rush headlong into the largest tax increase in American history. And that doesn't even count all the developing countries like China, India and many others that will never sign on.
