I posted the same on my FB page.  Let's ban rental trucks.  Just goes to show that anything is a weapon in the hands of someone who wants to kill people.  

A friend was telling me today that the rental truck companies get instruction on what to look for and the questions to ask, but who can say how diligently some clerk at a rental counter will think.
