Subject:   New Lynching Bill

I want to say that I think hate crimes should be prosecute to the fullest extent of the law.  

However, calling it the Emmett Till Anti-Lynching Bill seems once again to be pandering to the Black vote.  Yes, we still have hate crimes,but lynchings?  Not so much.
