I have to say that I was amused by this.  it would seem that some groups will not be happy until we restructure everything to that group's satisfaction.  The odds are teh same, no matter what the color of your skin is, but I don't know what you do when a population is too stupid to realize that it is a very, very, very long shot that you will win.  And if you are spending your rent, groceries and baby's new shoes to buy tickets, it says more about the gambler than it says about the lottery.
