   A young fellow went in a drug store and asked the Pharmacist, "How much are a dozen prophylactics?"

   "Five dollars," the Druggest said.

   "I'll take a dozen," the young man said.

    "That will be five dollars and thirty six cents," 

     "I thought you said they were five dollars"

     "They are"

     "Then what is the thirty six cents for?"

      "Tax"

      "Tacks, I thought they just slipped on!"
