LSU Boy posted that Gumbeaux's Cajun Rest. (sp?) was coming to the lake.  I wonder if that is what happening there.  If so it will be a great addition to the lake.  I have eaten at the Douglasville location and it is great.  Would be a totally different taste for the lake and may be unique enough to really make a go of it.  I will certainly be a regualr.
