OK.  I'm looking for racks to make medallions with.  Foodland in Dadeville has a case off Leg of Lamb in the back.  Actually someone else ordered it and uses them and I've gotten a few.
When I heal up more I will get back to making sausage and hot dogs.  I do use sheep skin for my casings. Just ordered some franks and variety packs from Ottos in Seattle (I think).

Anyone from Birmingham who knows where I can get Lamb.  I have 2  to 8 days per month up there.

Thanks, Don
