Not sure what happened to that first paragraph but here is what ith should have said.....

Mc Gill is rght. The cable company provides a set bandwidth and users comete for that bandwidth. Middle of the day in the middle of the week and you have it almost to yourself. Nights and weekends you have considerably more competition for that badwidth.
