Mack, he poured three seperate concrete slabs. Then he took two shipping containers (like you see on trailers or rail cars) and had one fabricated to hold the kitchen and the other as a bar open on both sides. The kitchen one folds down on one whole side, is hinged at the bottom and makes a deck you stand on to order from the window. The third slab holds a walk-in refrigeration unit. Yesterday they were pouring poles to hold an open roof deck over most of the area. So, you will walk up and order your food from one unit and sit under one of the open roofed areas and get your refreshments at the bar trailer. I think it will be pretty neat when he finishes. Nothing big time and if the thing doesn't make it, he can simply load the units on a trailer and move somewhere else. I sure hope it makes it though. I picked up a menu yesterday and it is pretty basic, which it should be - sandwiches and appetizers to start with.
