Okay… 100K. But, even if there were 100K… the software is lacking functionality to actually PAY… if indeed they clicked on BUY for the items in their shopping carts. SO, the insurance companies are guaranteed under the law that they will get paid (did those who voted for the law know THAT was in it).
A question for the taxpayers (productive class): If the buyers cannot pay for the insurance then who will be REQUIRED to pay for it?
