car nothing - anything in life that you get injured by now is fair game well depending on how it was ever marketed.
"The families of five adults and four child victims claimed Remington pitched its rifle to "at-risk" young men in violent video games and with bombastic, militaristic language. They pointed to an exception in the federal law that prohibited illegal marketing claims."
The Bushmaster was apparently marketed as a way to "get your man card back" or something like that - so anything that implies masculinity should now be able to be used against the manufacturers as well. The fact that it was purchased legally by a woman, who was murdered by her son who stole it and used it for other crimes apparently was not relevant, because it was used in a video game.
Guess the ads for big SUVs and trucks better watch what they say.........
Chevy Tough better become Chevy pink vagina hat wearing soy boy.
