Got nowhere. Has to do with the special they ran in August for dsl, 14.99 for the first 6 months. The girl at Alex City told me that was an entirely different group and she couldn't do anything. I showed her the mailer from Charter but, she held the line. I have called and talked to at least 8 people and got nowhere. I am about to stroke out.
