I'm impressed that FERC is directing APC to start modeling activities for Smith Lake. Could level changes in 2008 from 510 feet to 506.7 feet be for cooling support for Gorgas? Curve equations on water level shifts for 2008, if modeled, would probably be mathematically similar to shifts seen in years 2001 through 2007. Thanks for this information.
