That outcome was consistent with the polling data leading up to the vote. You would think they could look at Alaska and see a model that works but they did not. Of course, they may also recognize that the Lord giveth an oil boom and the Lord taketh away an oil boom. For sure I would have been in the minority on this one but then again, I just wrote my checks for my quarterly estimated tax payments and I do not accrue for real estate taxes so I know how much they really cost.

Did notice you ignored the rest of my original post and I certainly understand why........
