Some geriatric left wing nut lawyer in Texas has filed suit contending Cruz is not eligible to be President.  Suspect this will be fast tracked to SOTUS but he may have done the GOP a huge favor.  If ruled ineligible then we find out now before he is the nominee and if ruled eligible it eliminates an issue for Democrats in the general.  And in case you are wondering about the designation as a left wing nut I refer you to his own words that he is a likely Sanders supporter.  I for one would like to know the answer because this could have implications that range far and wide on the immigration issue.
