I do think he is considered for Atty General.  I personally don't like him, but supposedly, he was very effective as the Atty General of Texas.  I do believe at one time he said that he would not accept an appointment if Trump won the election.  I have to say that I am not pleased with Tea Party appointees and I'm not liking what I hear about Bannion as Chief Stratetist or Rudy as Secretary of State.  I understand that Jeff Sessions is being considered for Secretary of Defense and I think that would be an appropriate appointment.
