The abysmal response of Broward County law enforcement has a history and a reason for their actions.  Read what you can find on the Promise Program.  Another government effort from Obama and his Attorney General working with the school systems to mitigate the criminal behavior of minorities by not arresting them.  Started in Miami-Dade County following the Trayvon Martin fiasco.  Most likely this is the reason Cruz was never held accountable for his actions and why he could pass a backgroung check to buy a gun.  So many opportunities to have stopped this senseless tragedy before it happened and none involved the NRA.
