perhaps not as bright as you think you are, but a lot brighter than me or Donald Trump and certainly bright enough to know that the only game in town (DC) at the moment is the senate negotiations and Pelosi's bill is absolutely nothing more than a pressure tactic in the negotiations.  She, you, l and most of the non-Neanderthals on this forum know it!
