You have stated before that immagrants, especially illigal ones, couldn't get government benefits. So if that is what you think why would you even ask if if she was an immagrants. Of course I know better. If they couldn't get welfare, why would every immagrants, legal and illegal receive a pamphlet in 15 different languages no less, on how to sign up for "welfare"?
