Do you consider military as working for the government?

What is the source of your claim?

What is your frame of reference? DoD or the entire Government? Does it include Social Security?
Fire fighters? Policemen? Federal, State, County, and City?

I have my hand on the Bravo Sierra flag but will give you an opportunity to clarify your claim before throwing it.
