He wants to see how those Javelins are made - in other words, Lockheed Martin is going to give him the Javelin dog and pony show. He'll make a speech to tell all those factory workers what good national security work they are doing and how they are saving lives in Ukraine. He'll probably find a way to link it into the leaked abortion draft position. They'll all kiss and wave goodbye. 

One thing you learn pretty quickly is that people working in factories do not much care for visitors from Washington.  Because they know to live and work in Washington is to not in the real world, no matter how many times Biden paints the picture of sitting around the kitchen table in Pittsburgh.
