I hope they have both. If you applied that to Oscars they would have to shut down. Statistics say that when most people eat out they want to eat well...meaning all the stuff that they don't normally fix for themselves that's not good for them. That's ribeye steak, shell fish, cheese, loaded potatoes, fried chicken, gravies etc. Moderation is of course the key.

There is an argument to be made that pork and other scavengers are not good for you either. But I still like my ribs every now and then.

Then there's the diet fallacies. FE Egg whites have a substance that breaks down the cholesterol in the yolk. And that's no yolk!
