N Y City has an unfunded pension liability of $110 Billion; outstanding debt of $119 Billion-given the looting burning no tourism people leaving for Floridano Broadway plays no one working, closed businesses-and Mayor wants rioters/protestors to run freely with no N Guard & defund Police-how in the world can a City survive ?
