always a hot topic when it is not 490.
Simple. If it rains in the Tallapoosa River Basin, the level stays up. If not, the level falls. And even APC cannot control rainfall.
I'll take July 2009 at 489 plus change any day over July 2007, when I needed binoculars to see the water's edge.
