here's a link to a blog post I did on the subject, I have contacted the auction company. Right now they say it's going to be NOT absolute, meaning the bank will have a reserve price on lots and homes. They also didn't have any details on how the auction would be done (bidding on specific parcels, or bidding at a dollar amount and then you choose a parcel). But they should be releasing more info soon, so I have asked to be updated by the auction company when that happens.
