Subject:   Wisconsin voting on the bill

Too bad they had to break the state open meetings law (According to Wisc Repub AG memo in December...24 hr notice required...they gave only 1:51 for the open conf committee which set this up immediately after a secret Repub caucus). The AG will be tested today to see if he will give the same opinion concerning his own party. if he is a hypocrit (quite likely) the courts are the next step. The Dems are now debating whether to return...they think that this vote is likely to be declared illegal (this might even be part of Scott's plan) and if they return they would be "forced" by state police to be in attendance when the Repubs bring up the original bill again.

Whether or not you agree with what senators of either party believe or do, is this the way we want our laws to be decided?
