In real life, he would have been asked why he handled classified material without a clearance or a need to know.  As a minimum, he would have been removed from his job, and probably gotten a letter of reprimand.  And one has to wonder why he didn't have a clearance working on a server.  Would have been easy to get too, since he was also a Strate Department employee.  All Hilary would have had to do is to say she wanted him to have a clearance, and he would have filled out a few forms.  But even private contractors can get a clearance.  Snowden was a private contractor, I believe.  And it was her responsibility to ascertain that anyone that had access to classified material, even as a contractor, had the proper clearance.  I guess it didn't matter to her, becasue she is "careless" with classified information.

And I don't believe for a minute that her server was never hacked.  This is why I am so enraged that she is not being held to the same standards as anyone else.  As Secretary of State, she would have a top secret clearance and authorized access to the most sensitive national security information.  She had to sign documents regarding the handling of this material and signed non-disclosure statements.  She would have gotten the briefing as she came into the job, and then debriefed when she went out of the job.  Oh, and BTW, she is lying about having access to classfied when she was First Lady.  If she did have access without a clearance, they should prosecute whoever passed her the information.   

To me, there is too much carelessness, too much evasiveness, not enough transparency with either of the Clintons.
