Could be related to Dear Leader's change of heart on declassification.  He has decided he will not be declassifying the previously announced secret info after all.  Conjecture is it's because he was told by the intellegence community that the info would put US assets in danger and that Trump was Bat Dooky crazy if he didn't back off!
