There have been many presidential and Vice presidental debates, primary and general election, held in the south including at GA Tech, Tulane, and VATech in recent years.  There will be a Democratic debate in Atlanta next month.  Of course FF might not consider those locations far enough ''below the Mason Dixon line''!  Maybe FF will only believe it has been done if they schedule one in Wedowee.
