The Trump administration is too incompetent to do what he has been accused of doing regarding a Ukraine quid pro quo!  Brilliant...I can almost agree with old Lindsay.  His new tact is better than most Republicans including some on this forum...The tantrum defense which consists of putting you fingers in your ears and shouting ''la la la la la la la la la .........'' until you turn blue!
