Can't speak for B'ham, Detroit or Newark but many ''Democrap'' run cities are now growing faster than their suburbs.  In the south that is true not only for Atlanta but also for Charlotte, Nashville, Houston and Dallas.  They all have black Democrats as mayor!  You got a problem with that?  Now crawl back under the rock with your numb nuts buddies Lifer and Phil!
