You have to be pretty stupid to be a lawyer and not know that they use cell info all the time to prove where anyone is at any given time.  Ethics, morality and the truth have no place in the equation anymore.  I have no faith that anything will be done about this, because they are "getting" Trump and that seems to be the only thing that maters now.  We would even mention the collusion with the WH.  

Same thing with Prince Harry and the matter of his visa.  Media company sued to get access to his application, which apparently asks for information on drug use.  The argument in court right now being presented by the Biden Administration is that he wrote in his memoir that  he did and still does use drugs, but that is not proof that he actually did.  There are many interviews in which he admitted drug use, yet none of that matters.  

We're even further in the hole with our Justice system then we thought we were.  Truth no longer matters.  What a "reasonable person" would think no longer matters.
