I'm sorry, I didn't realize that anyone had responded. Yes, as I understand it, those that were registered previous to this law enacted were grandfathered in, which is why the Marinas on the lake bought a surplus of large cruisers, etc, so that they could be sold after the ban as grandfathered boats. I'm not sure how they were registered for the process or anything like that, just going off of what little info I have found and what I have heard around the way.
