Rain gauge showed 3.2" of rain at 9:00 AM. Rained more this afternoon. Lake scheduled to start filling a week from today, so lake bed projects need to be wrapped up soon. Still no word from FERC on Draft EIS; wish we knew something more to tell folks. Everyone has deadlines except the Feds.
