I would be extremely careful with this purchase. We had a boat at the coast and maintenance was a real chore. You need to check for corrosion in the motor housing, the cooling system, etc. Additionally, you should probably check the electrical conection points (i.e. under the dash, bilge, battery,...). If the boat has ever had salt water in the bilge, it can really mess things up. Ever tried loosening a bolt that is rusted over from salt water? Good luck!
