Not sure what you mean by 'scratches", but if they are gouges you this advice will not help. I've used a product by 3M called Fiberglass Restorer with Wax. Available at Walmart. You must use a rotating buffer (not one of the sissy vibrating buffers) with a wool pad. Buff the stuff in and continue buffing the area until it shines--it works.
