On the MLS site, #07-1260. Located near The Village. In addition to the luxury homes, it says it will have restaurants and retail shops. First house is $1.1 million. Plat map doesn't show the waterfront footage, but since the houses shown are generally 40' wide, the lots are roughly 50-60'.
