Nope. Certainly not canola nor Crisco. Actually it was leftover vegetable oil from the last "fry", but there might have been some Crisco in there too. Not sure. Don't really matter.
I try not to listen to too many reports from the Health Industry, especially in the dietary area. Suspicious of who funded the study and what results were pre-ordained. As I say, just wait and it will change with the next study.

Moderation. Moderation. That's the answer to many things, including your diet, sex, BudLite, bitching/nagging, politics, religion, sunbathing, television, even thinking too much. Well, maybe not sex.
