BP and it's subsidiaries on the oil rig are 100% responsible for the oil leak. Obama is 100% responsible for the crisis! He either purposely or incompetently allowed the oil to reach the coastline. Obama REFUSED the help of several nations with equipment too skim up all the oil that was leaking. The catastrophe is his alone. NEVER WASTE A CRISIS!!!
