Feb, my oldest brother served in Vietnam and lives in a VA hospital in Virginia (quadraplegic) and his injury was not related to combat. I don't understand at all why they would deny your disability claim while paying for all his care. Don't know if it would work, but how about contacting your representative and both Senators? Just seems wrong to me for people that served and were injured have their claims denied.
