All the governors would have to do is stand and ignore omama like Putin did and he will cave just like he has done with Putin.  The US has elected a leader with an extremely weak spine.  Maybe I should correct that to, "the US has elected a spineless leader."  Some states have done a much better job of electing a leader than the US has done as a whole.
