At least the French recognize that all these Muslim immigrants pose a major problem for THEIR country and THEIR culture. It's a shame that our administration cannot even contemplate actions on ILLEGAL immigrants.
PARIS – France's lower house of parliament overwhelmingly approved a ban on wearing burqa-style Islamic veils Tuesday, part of a concerted effort to define and protect French values that has disconcerted many in the country's large Muslim community.
Proponents of the law say face-covering veils don't square with the French ideal of women's equality or its secular tradition. The bill is controversial abroad but popular in France.

This is like giving aspirin to someone with a brain tumor. It may lessen the pain for a brief time or make you feel like you are doing something but it is not addressing the real issue. That being with the below replacement birth rate for Europeans combined with the incredible need for worker bees to support their government social spending they have been forced to bring in large numbers of Muslims, mostly from North Africa. They along with the rest of Europe have doomed themselves to a steady increase in the Muslim population until they have a majority and will repeal all these band aids and implement Sharia law.
That is their plan, they are on plan and it probably at this point cannot be reversed. It will happen before the end of this century. It's one reason I will do all my Europe travel over the next decade, including getting my kids to see the old country, before it is gone. By the end of the century the only vestige of any significant Christianity will be the Vatican.

Yes, in some areas of France, Sharia law is practiced and French law is dismissed. Those areas are expanding. The French are losing control... this is why they are attemting to put the brakes on Islam.

Well, at least the French are doing something on their homefront that shows some courage. It's more than I can say about the U.S. of late. We tippy toe around everything afraid someone might be offended and alert the PC police.
