Article the sixth [Amendment IV]
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Perhaps we can convince a judge to uphold our Fourth Amendment rights and declare the TSA searches unconstitutional. Those searches are proven to be ineffective. The 62,000 TSA employees are overpaid, under-skilled, and uncouth. The TSA 2011 budget of $57.3B could be better spend on more effective and efficient intelligence and covert operations... rather than fondling my junk.

Typical kneejerk reaction to a serious problem. Throw money at it. Hire thousands of unqualified people, provide minimal training, give them a uniform,,,,, Problem solved?? Not really.
Went thru Israeli Security several years ago departing Ben Gurion in TelAviv. These people are serious about security. Not interested in my corkscrew, penknife or aftershave bottle. They(she, in my case) look you in the eye, without distraction, ask their questions, and listen to your voice and answers. Never distracted, they just look you in the eye, and do their job well. And, the results are obvious.

El Al... the most targeted airline in the world... has NEVER had a breach. They are NOT politically correct - they profile. They profile because security trumps political correctness. The enemies of Israel... unlike the enemies of the U.S... FEAR Israel.
I am neither a terrorist nor a criminal. Profile me. If you have PROBABLE cause to search me, pull me aside and state your case. But, DON'T just say my Fourth Amendment rights don't matter and grope me or send me home.
This TSA charade is bool sheet. I am not comforted at all. I am comforted by covert ops… where one by one the rats wink out… and those that don’t, cower in their holes.
